Shipping policy

 PSYCHEDELIC RUGZ currently only ships within the U.S. If you are currently questioning the status of your order please note that you will receive an email notifying you when your items have been shipped along with a tracking number, please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update. DOMESTIC ORDERS *All items are shipped through USPS First Class Mail*.   Please allow the times below for your order to be shipped out after order date. Shipping times do not  include weekends or holidays. This time does not include actual delivery time through the carrier. LOST OR MISPLACED ORDERS  Please note that we are not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced by the carrier. Once  your package has been dropped off/picked up by the carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit. Please contact  USPS to initiate a missing mail search request.
